Before you order

Will the box disturb my inverter?

No. The box uses a free RS485 port and only reads. The battery keeps talking to the inverter exactly as before.

I have a 24 V TAICO battery. Does it work?

Yes. Tell us the model when you order so we test that version before shipping.

When will I receive it?

Pre-orders ship on 10 November 2026. Delivery then takes 2 to 10 days depending on the country; you receive the tracking link by e-mail the day it leaves.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, at any time before dispatch, for any reason: reply to your confirmation e-mail or use the online form. You get 100% back, shipping included.

What if my battery is not supported?

Return the box within 30 days of delivery: we refund it in full and pay the return shipping.

Is payment secure?

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Do I pay customs duties?

Not within the European Union. Elsewhere (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States…), import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.
